We're here to help you succeed in the classroom! Whether you have questions, want to learn how to use a specific feature, have feedback, or are facing a challenge with the software — we'd love to connect with you.

• Book a Software Support Zoom Meeting: click the button below, select who you would like to meet with, Natasha McGraw/CEO (EST)or Elizabeth Villanti/Director of Opperations (PST). Select your timeframe: 15min, 30min or 1 hour

• Schedule a call if you want to briefly discuss an issue. We will call you at your scheduled time.

• Schedule a software support ticket to complete a form where you can explain your issue in detail. You also have the option to upload screenshots.

• Schedule your onboarding if you require assistance customizing your new software account. We recommend completing a minimum of two onboarding meetings to make sure everything is set up and tailored to your school's needs.
